Please find attached, signed off <br />copies from the destination facility (000157613DAT, 000157614DAT, <br />000157507DAT, 000163085DAT, 000156954DAT, 000156746DAT, <br />005245491 SKS, 005328205SKS, 005523501 SKS, 004322469SKS). A signed <br />off copy from the destination facility for manifest 000157901 DAT could not be <br />located; an exception report has been submitted to DTSC (see attached). <br />117) Hazardous Waste refresher training was provided to employees. Please find <br />attached, a copy of certificates of training. The certificates confirm completion of <br />training in accordance with Federal OSHA Regulation 29 CFR 1910.120(e). <br />709) Universal Waste training was provided to employees.
