Secondary Containment Assessment Page A: <br />Tank has integral secondary containment with leak detection that activates an audible alarm. <br />Antifreeze Collection trough is emptied daily with visual inspection to monitor for leaks. <br />Design of Tank: <br />The tank is a double walled, UL142 tank with integral secondary containment. <br />A waste collection trough is adjacent to the tank, which is emptied daily. <br />An Air actuated diaphragm pump is located on top of the tank within a drip pan <br />and has a 12'-0" long transfer hose. The tank is equipt with a level gauge and a <br />level switch and horn, which sounds at 90% full and stops the pump. <br />Visual inspection of containment area: <br />Secondary containment is not accessible for visual inspection. <br />Secondary Containment Findings: The secondary containment system is of sufficient capacity <br />and condition for the containment of releases from all tanks and ancillaryquipment. <br />Initials: r47 <br />San Joaquin County HHW Facility Waste Antifreeze Tank <br />
