All cylinders received during the reporting <br />period were determined to be recyclable and transported to the appropriate facility under a <br />bill of lading. No cylinders were improperly identified and shipped. Please retract #105, <br />which is documented as a Class II repeat violation. <br />110) The issue was corrected on site during the inspection; the container of antifreeze was set to <br />drain into the waste antifreeze storage tank. Staff received training to review the procedures <br />for emptying containers, and a visual aid was placed near the tank.
