With the CUPA's approval, the assessment was later reviewed and certified by <br />Mike Smith, a civil engineer. The complete Hazardous Waste Tank Assessment is attached. <br />An inspection for re -certification was conducted on September 2, 2015, by Mike Smith. <br />605) This issue was corrected on site during the inspection.
