SJCHH Waste Antifreeze Tank <br />RECEIVE <br />SEP 0 3 2015 <br />Seismic/Anchoring findings: The tank as design ed and operated and thENV I <br />containment area in which it is located are adeq tely anchored and are <br />seismically sound. Initials: <br />Leak Test: Tank was in service at the time of inspection. No leaks were found, <br />the interstice is dry. <br />The tank is built to the UL 142 standard. The tank wall thickness exceeds <br />the minimum tank wall thickness of 2.36 mm. <br />Integrity testing findings: Based on the above noted integrity test and the <br />results obtained from that test, the tan ly as sufficient integrity for its intended <br />use.
