As we previously discussed, the Contingency Plan was located at the facility after the <br />inspection. The Violation is shown as "Corrected" on the Inspection Report. <br />301.) The County has hired a consultant to determine the best method to remedy this issue. The <br />project will require the Board of Supervisors' approval prior to being put out to bid. The County <br />hopes to complete this project by July 1, 2015. <br />401.) Aerosol cans with flammable, corrosive, poisonous, and non-flammable contents all contain <br />flammable propellants (hazard classes 2.1 and 2.2) and are handled as such. To prevent <br />discharge of contents, cans must be empty, capped, or have the valve stem removed. <br />605.) All incorrect labels have been discarded. A correct label is provided. <br />605.) All "Emptied Daily" labels have been removed, and accumulation start dates will now be noted <br />on each container. HHW Staff has been trained on these new procedures. A picture of the <br />correct label is provided. <br />605.) All incorrect labels for contaminated motor oil have been discarded; a correct label is provided. <br />Compressed gas cylinders are classified as non -hazardous, but DOT requires the hazardous <br />property "flammable" listed on the label. <br />608.) All incorrect labels for fuel filters have been discarded. A picture of a correct label is provided. <br />804.) UW Lamps: Corrected on site. <br />9999.)
