Attached please find a copy of the transmittal to DTSC. <br />#122, The signed copies of manifest numbers 000018344DAT, 000018395, 00018547DAT, <br />#123, 000021156DAT, and 000020830 were on site, in the appropriate file during this <br />#124 inspection. Therefore, please retract #122-124, which are documented as "Class II" <br />repeat violations. Copies of manifests are provided.
