Bridgeford St. <br />Stockton, Ca 95201 <br />An assessment has been performed upon the waste oil and waste antifreeze storage <br />systems at the above referenced location. This assessment was necessary to determine if <br />these storage systems conform to the requirements of the California Title 22 regarding <br />hazardous waste storage. <br />Tank Assessment Per Title 22 CCR 66295.192(k) <br />A. Waste Oil Tank <br />1. Tank Configuration: <br />Above ground rectangular steel tank with integral secondary containment. 900 <br />gallon capacity. Anchored to concrete slab through steel anchor plates and 5/8" <br />diameter bolts at four locations. Tank setting allows visual inspection at all sides. <br />2. Design Standards: <br />a) Steel tank, UL listing UL142. <br />b) Material thickness of inner tank is not accessible to determine thickness. <br />Visual inspection identified no corrosion. <br />c) Steel collection trough with containment tray at one end. Air operated <br />diaphragm pump mounted on top of tank with containment tray. Steel <br />reinforced I inch diameter suction hose from containment tray to pump. Visual <br />inspection identified no leaks. <br />3. Documented Age of Tank: <br />Tank is eight years old, and in good condition. Estimate remaining service life to <br />be twenty years. Recommended re -inspection in five years. <br />4. Leak Detection: <br />Tank is equipt with interspacial leak monitor that activates an audible alarm. <br />5. Corrosion Protection: <br />The tank has the original factory paint coating and is in good condition with no <br />visible signs of corrosion. <br />6. Overfill Protection: <br />Tank is equipt with a level gauge, with an alarm that sounds when tank reaches <br />90% full. Alarm will stop transfer pump. <br />
