B. Waste Antifreeze Tank Continued: <br />8. Hazardous Characteristics of Waste: <br />Used antifreeze is toxic. <br />9. Result of Visual Inspection: <br />This system is simple and compact which allows for daily visual inspections which <br />will immediately identify problems. There is no evidence of weld cracks, corrosion, <br />deterioration or structural inadequacies. <br />10. Results of Tightness Test: <br />An inspection has been performed to verify the integrity of the waste oil system. <br />The pressurized system and vented tank have no leaks. <br />11. Estimated Remaining Service Life: <br />If this system is maintained and visually inspected for leaks and minor repairs, it <br />should function properly for at least another 20 years. <br />Certificate of Compliance <br />I certify under penalty of law that this document and all attachments were prepared under <br />my direct supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified <br />personnel properly gather and evaluate the information submitted. Based on my inquiry of <br />the person or persons who manage the system, or those persons directly responsible for <br />gathering the information, the information submitted is, to be to the best of my knowledge <br />and belief, true, accurate, and complete.
