Comments: <br /> Routine waste tire inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1. A/C T14 CCR § 18462-Manifest System Requirements for Waste Tire Generators- Facility has had waste <br /> tires removed for disposal since the previous inspection (1/11/2016) but does not have any documentation <br /> showing removal. There are no manifests on the WTMS and the facility does not have a completed <br /> recordkeeping sheet. <br /> A. When 10 or more waste tires are removed, a registered waste tire hauler must be used and a waste tire <br /> manifest must be completed and retained on site. When 9 tires or less are removed, the Waste Tire Receipt and <br /> Removal Recordkeeping Sheet may be used in lieu of a waste tire manifest and a non-registered waste tire <br /> hauler may be used. <br /> B. Ensure that proper documentation is generated and maintained for all subsequent instances where waste <br /> tires are removed from the business. <br /> Notes: 1. Permission to conduct inspection given by Carlos Padilla, Mechanic. <br /> 2. Inspection was done with Carlos Padilla. <br /> 3. A direct count was used in counting the tires. <br /> 4. TPID certificate is posted in the office. <br /> 5. Facility only stores tires at this location. <br /> *6.
