She called and asked, and it sounds like everyone was stuck between a rock and hard place on that one. I was reluctant about the exemption, but it made sense for a one time haul. Sorry about all the work, but sounds like when Keith's group is working in a County, they are going to have to check with the County contact when it gets to an AC level. Being on two different floors is a real pain, I hope during the re-org they put us together. Could that be part of the checklist when writing an AC?? Check with each other about pending enforcement actions?? I don't think it's in our current checklist. Therefore, we are withdrawing the AC.
