IN REPLY REFER TO SITE CODE: PR231679 <br /> STOCKTON CA <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) has recently <br /> reviewed the analytical results of,the soil and/or water results taken from beneath the underground storage <br /> tank(s) that were removed from his site on September 16, 1993. <br /> The presence of contaminates atyour facility exceed the allowable limits of leaching potential as <br /> recommended by the LUFT Manual 1. The former underground storage tank(s) (UST) cannot be <br /> recommended for final closure without further investigation to determine the full extent of the soil and/or <br /> groundwater problem. I <br /> In addition, PHS/EHD is providing you notification that an "Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized <br /> Release (Leak)/Contaminated Site Report" has been filed pursuant to Section 25295 (a) of the Health and <br /> Safety Code. In addition, the appropriate disclosure of a hazardous waste discharge pursuant to Section <br /> 25180.7 of the Health and.SafetylCode has been made. <br /> Should you wish to mitigate the contamination documented at your facility, San Joaquin County. <br /> PHS/EHD has been designated by the State of California Water Resources Control Board as the local <br /> agency overseeing the investigation of leaking USTs.
