PreliminaryAsbestos bestos Survey <br /> 5.1 Description of During the site visit the following suspect asbestos containing building materials <br /> I Building Materials were observed: <br /> • Bathroom tile flooring and mastic in the store <br /> • House roof material <br /> • House kitchen flooring <br />{ - House service porch flooring <br /> i <br /> 5.2 Friable Materials Friable materials were not observed during the site inspection of the subject <br /> property. <br /> i <br /> 5.3 Summary of During the site visit, the following four suspect asbestos containing building <br /> Findings materials were sampled and sent to Forensic Analytical for bulk asbestos <br /> analysis. <br /> 1: • Bathroom tile flooring and mastic in the store <br /> • House roof material <br /> • House kitchen flooring <br /> i • House service porch flooring.: <br /> E The following two samples were found to contain Asbestos: <br /> • Store bathroom flooring contained 10-15%Chrysotile <br /> • House service porch flooring contained 30-35%Chrysotile <br /> The house roof material and house kitchen flooring did not contain detectable <br /> 4 amounts of asbestos. Both of the floorings that were found to be asbestos <br /> containing were in non friable condition and should not cause a significant <br /> health hazard in their present condition. However if the buildings are ever <br /> demolished or if the flooring is ever repaired or torn out, the work should be <br /> done by licensed professional.
