When <br /> discharge is necessary, approximately 2.3 mgd will be released to the Stanislaus River via the <br /> San Joaquin County Main District Canal. Process wastewater from the facility is discharged to <br /> the City of Escalon's wastewater treatment plant. The existing discharge is governed by Waste <br />___-Discharge Requirements Order No. 90-169 (NPDES No. CA0081426). <br /> A public hearing concerning this matter will be held: <br /> DATE: Friday, 23 June 1995 <br /> TIME: 9:00 a.m. <br /> PLACE: California Integrated Waste Management Board <br /> 8800 Cal Center Drive <br /> Hearing Room, 1 st Floor <br /> Sacramento, California <br /> Persons wishing to'comment on or object to the proposed requirements are invited to submit <br /> same in writing to the Regional Board no later than 5 Junet 4995. All comments or objections <br /> received by this date will be considered in the draft waste discharge requirements. <br /> - Additional pertinent information may received by the Board; upon—1-6-request any <br /> interested person at;the meeting. After considering comments or objections, the Board may issue <br /> waste discharge requirements. Any action of the Board may be appealed to the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board within 30 days of the action. <br /> Anyone having questions on these requirements should contact the project representative, <br /> Kathryn Gaffney, at (916) 255-3072.
