Northwest t Pipe <br /> Company <br /> March 31, 2020 <br /> San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> 1868 E Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, California 95205 <br /> Re: Return to Compliance <br /> Dear Ms. Baker, <br /> On January 8t" 2019, an APSA inspection was conducted at the Northwest Pipe Company, Tracy <br /> facility by Cesar Ruvalcaba located at 10100 W. Linne Rd, Tracy CA 95377. <br /> Seven (7) violations were identified (numbers 301, 602, 604, 706, 711, 717, and 726). An initial <br /> Return to Compliance (RTC) was submitted to Cesar on 07/30/2019, resulting in two violations <br /> successfully abated: #706 and #717. <br /> Northwest Pipe Company is currently working with a Professional Engineer to certify our revised <br /> SPCC plan. We expect the SPCC Plan to be certified in the next few weeks.
