Monitoring Well Installation Report - Third Quarter 2010 <br /> CANCUN RESTAURANT <br /> 135 East Miner Street, Stockton, California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request ofWest Clay Properties, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has <br /> prepared this quarterly report for the property located at 135 East Miner Street, Stockton, <br /> California. The site and the surrounding area are illustrated on Figure 1. Structures, well <br /> and boring locations are illustrated on Figure 2. Historical background information is <br /> summarized in Appendix A. The scope of work included advancement of five pilot borings, <br /> collection of soil, installation of one shallow and four deep monitoring well; well <br /> development and sampling of five groundwater monitoring wells and preparation of this <br /> report. <br /> The following is a brief summary of third and fourth quarters 2010 ground water monitoring <br /> activities performed at the site: <br /> • On 29 July off-site monitoring well MW-313 was installed to a depth of 60 feet below <br /> surface grade (bsg) along the east side of Hunter Street, north of Miner Street. <br /> • On 30 July off-site monitoring well MW-213 was installed to a depth of 60 feet bsg <br /> along the east side of Hunter Street, near Miner Street. <br /> • On 05 August off-site monitoring well MW-46 was installed to a depth of 60 feet bsg <br /> along the north side of the Miner street, east of Hunter Street. <br /> • On 06 August monitoring wells MW-1A and MW-1B were installed to depths of 40 <br /> and 60 feet bsg, respectively, in the vicinity of the removed UST location of the site. <br /> • On14 August, the five monitoring wells were developed. <br /> • On 24 August, waste soil from the drilling of the five wells was disposed. <br /> • On 08 October 2010, a ground water monitoring event occurred. <br /> 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> The work was also performed in accordance with procedures approved in the Monitoring <br /> Well Installation Work Plan, dated 03 December 2008 and approved by the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department(EHD) by letter dated 10 December 2008. This <br /> report has been prepared in accordance with Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board(CVRW QCB)guidelines for investigation of underground storage tank(UST) <br /> sites. <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
