Gabriel Gonzalez [EHj
From: Gabriel Gonzalez [EH]
Sent: Monday, March 02, 2015 2:14 PM
To: 'William Little'
Subject: 135 E Miner St., Stockton
Good afternoon Bill,
I will be covering the case located at 135 E Miner St.,Stockton during Angelica's leave.GeoTracker documents for this
site have been denied today. Please have corrected resubmittals uploaded to GeoTracker at your earliest convenience.
Especially, please review the following:
• Groundwater sample taken from boring B2 (Preliminary Site Assessment and Additional Site Assessment
reports). It seems the groundwater sample was taken from B2 at the first groundwater interval "GWI"and not
the deeper interval "GWII"according to the chain of custody, lab report, and EHD record. In addition to
necessary corrections to this, please include a statement/comment in the reuploaded reports to address the
error.
• Groundwater elevation calculations.According to survey data, the well box elevations, instead of casing "PVC"
elevations, were used in calculation of groundwater elevations(which use TOC reference points to measure
DTW). If correction to the calculation alters the flow direction/gradient, please include a statement in the
reuploaded reports to address the change.
Sincerely,
Gabriel Gonzalez
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton,California 95205
Phone: (209)468-3442
Email: gagonzalezPsicehd.com
1
