The Issuance of this permit by the City does not create any agency on the part of the <br /> permittee, and the permittee will hold the City of Stockton harmless for any action for <br /> damages arising out of the permittee'&activkies performed under this permit. <br /> 8. Permittee, or his contractor,shell Wain on Encroachment Permit for the Installation of <br /> the well(s). <br /> 7. Eich completed well head shall be covered with a meter box or valve box as approved <br /> by the City of Stockton. The top of each bot shag be flush with the surrounding ground <br /> or pavement. <br /> 8. The provisions of the State of CelftnM,Deparbmarht of Water Resources Bulletin 74-81 <br /> entitled "Water Wag Standards: Stets of California"shall be applicable to this permit. <br /> 9. All drilling locations, methods, and wed designs are to be approved by the California <br /> Department of Health Services and the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board. <br /> 10. Drilling operations that create laud notes shad be confined between the hours of 7 a.m. <br /> and 6 p.m. <br /> 11. Portable mud tanks are to be used. <br /> 12. Disposal of water from the weft devaknxvw t shag be In accordance with current federal <br /> regulations. <br /> 13. Blocking or barricading City streets shad be subject to the approval of the City Traffic <br /> Department. Traffic cones end warning signs shall be used to direct traffic. <br /> 14.
