Box 567 rL_3
Stockton, Ca. 95201
Hello,
Please find enclosed the information I mentioned to you during our phone
conversation today, a brochure regarding the Waste Tire Program and it's
statutes and a list of Registered Waste Tire Haulers. We encourage you to shop
for the best price, as the market for registered haulers in SJ County is very
competitive.
The hauler will need to leave a manifest for the tires removed from the property.
That manifest will need a Tire Program Identification Number (TPID) that has
been assigned to that property in order to be complete. Your tenant, Steven
Taing has been assigned a number for his tune-up and alignment facility, which
will suffice for a one-time haul. At that time, I will request a copy of that manifest
for my records, to track waste tire abatement for the CIWMB Tire Program. This
may be submitted to the address above or by fax, (209) 468-8392.
Again, my effort here has been to supply information and assistance with
disposing of the tires that have been dumped at 3805 N West Lane. If you have
any questions or if there is anything else I can do, please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
Jenni Ruiz, REHS
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
(209) 468-.9966
