INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr. Lee Shockey, Advanced GeoEnviron mental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this <br /> ' quarterly report for 850 Milgeo Avenue, Ripon, California (site). The scope of work included <br /> quarterly monitoring of five ground water monitoring wells and free-product remediation. The <br /> location of the site and its surroundings are depicted in Figure 1.Monitoring and ozone sparge wells, <br /> probe boring locations and structures on the site are shown in Figure 2. <br /> This report has been prepared in accordance with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> ' Board(CVRWQCB) guidelines for the investigation of underground storage tank(UST) sites. Site <br /> history and findings from previous investigations_and previous monitoring events at the site are <br /> ' summarized in Appendix A.Quarterly monitoring data from April 1996 to the present is summarized <br /> in Tables 1 and 2 of this report. <br /> ' <br /> 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> PR ED RES <br /> . <br /> '. On 01, 16 and 26 January 2004, AGE checked site monitoring wells MW-1 and MW-4 for free <br /> product using an interface product probe;any free product was removed with a disposable bailer.On <br /> 29 January 2004,ground water monitoring activities were conducted on wells MW-1 through MW-5. <br /> All field work was performed in accordance with guidelines developed by Central Valley Regional <br /> ..Water Quality Control Board(CVRWQCB)for the investigation ofunderground storage tank(UST) <br /> sites.Ground water monitoring activities conformed to guidelines issued by the San Joaquin County <br /> ' Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> ' 2.1. FREE-PRODUCT REMEDIATION <br /> On 02 January and 16 January, free product was not detected in wells MW-1 and MW-4. On <br /> r 26 January,0.03 inches of free product was detected in well MW-4;the product was recovered using <br /> a disposable bailer. On 29 January, a very thin film(not measurable) of free product was observed <br /> ' and bailed off in well MW-4. <br /> After free-product removal, the water and free product were stored on-site in 55-gallon DOT H-17 <br /> ' storage drums. The removal was performed in a accordance with California Underground Storage <br /> Tank Regulations, Article 5, Section 2655. <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
