INTRODUCTION <br /> 1 At the request of Mr. Lee Shockey, Advanced GeoEnvironrnental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this <br /> quarterly report for the site located at 850 Milgeo Avenue, Ripon, California (the site). The scope <br /> of work included the monitoring of four ground water monitoring wells and the advancement of four <br /> 1 soil probe borings for the collection of depth discrete ground water samples. The location of the site <br /> and its surroundings are depicted in Figure 1. Monitoring wells,probe boring locations and structures <br /> on the site are shown in Figure 2. <br /> 1 Site history and findings from previous investigations and previous monitoring events at the site are <br /> summarized in Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation Report dated 15 August 1996, prepared <br />' by AGE. Quarterly monitoring data from April 1996 to the present is summarized in Tables 1 and 2 <br /> of this report. <br /> 1 This report has been prepared in accordance with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board(CVRWQCB) guidelines for the investigation of underground storage tank (UST) sites. <br /> lie <br /> 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> 1 The soil probe boring procedures were presented in the Preliminary Soil and Ground Water <br /> Investigation, dated 14 November 1995 and Additional Site Investigation Work Plan Addendum, <br /> 1 dated 13 June 2001 The work plan addendum was approved by the San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services - Environmental Health Division (PHS-EBD) by letter dated 10 September 2001. <br />' Field work was also performed in accordance with the AGE-prepared Work Plan Addendum, dated <br /> 09 February 1996_ Field work was performed in accordance with guidelines developed by Central <br /> Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) for the investigation of underground <br /> 1 storage tank (UST) sites and conform to ground water monitoring guidelines .issued by the <br /> PHS-EHD. <br /> 2.1. MONITORING WELL EVACUATION <br /> - On26.October.2001,.the:water level.in,each monitoring-well was measured Telative to the tops ofthewell casings using a Solinst water level meter. The depths to ground water and relative ground water <br /> 1 elevations are given in Table 1. <br /> After depth to ground water gauging, a dedicated, disposable bailer was used to purge each well.
