. 06 April 1998
AGE-NC Project No. 95-0185
5.0. RECOMMENDATIONS
Based upon data collected at the site, AGE recommends the following:
• AGE recommends collecting a minimum of four grab ground water samples to further
delineate the dissolved hydrocarbon plume,. The samples should be collected to both
delineate the hydrocarbon plume and provide information for the most effective placement
of future ground water monitoring wells, if required. Upon the request of the PHS-EHD,
AGE will provide a site specific work plan addendum for the installation of additional wells.
• Continued quarterly ground water monitoring; the next quarterly monitoring event should
be scheduled for April or May 1998.
6.0. LIMITATIONS
Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by
environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. The findings were based on
analytical results provided by an independent laboratory. Evaluations of the geologic/hydrogeologic
conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation are made from a limited number of
available data points (i.e. monitoring well ground water samples) and subsurface conditions may
vary away from these data points. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the
professional recommendations contained in this report.
•
A dranced Geo Envi ron mental,Inc.
