14 May 1998
AGE-NC Project No. 95-0185
' 5.0. RECOMMENDATIONS
Based upon data collected at the site, AGE recommends the following:
10 AGE recommends collecting a minimum of four grab ground water samples to delineate the
dissolved hydrocarbon plume and to determine the necessity for placement of additional
' ground water monitoring wells, if necessary. Upon the request of the FHS-EHD, AGE will
provide a site specific work plan addendum for the collection of grab ground water samples.
' 0 Conduct a receptor survey to identify any city, domestic, irrigation or monitoring water wells
located within a 2,000-foot radius.
• Continued quarterly ground water monitoring; the next quarterly monitoring event should
' be scheduled for April or May 1998.
' 6.0. LIMITATIONS
Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by
environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. The findings were based on
' analytical results provided by an independent laboratory. Evaluations of the geologic/hydrogeologic
conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation are made from a limited number of
available data points (i.e. monitoring well ground water samples) and subsurface conditions may
' vary away from these data points. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the
professional recommendations contained in this report.
Advanced Geo!Environmental,Inc.
