University of the Pacific Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan <br />Stockton, California Aboveground Fuel Storage Tanks <br /> <br />3.2 Facility Layout Diagram (40 CFR 112.7(a)(3)) <br />Figures A3 through Al 7 in Appendix A provides a photo of each standby diesel generator and an <br />aerial photo of its physical location and potential spill trajectories. <br />Figure A-1 in Appendix A shows the general location of the facility on an aerial photo. Figure A- <br />2 in Appendix A presents a layout of the Physical Plant facility and the location of AST. The <br />diagram also shows the location of storm water drain inlets and the direction of surface water <br />runoff. As required under 40 CFR 112.7(a)(3), the facility diagram indicates the location and <br />content of ASTs and transfer stations and connecting piping. <br /> <br />3.3 Spill Reporting (40 CFR 112.7(a)(4)) <br />The discharge notification form included in Appendix H will be completed upon immediate <br />detection of a discharge and prior to reporting a spill to the proper notification contacts. <br /> <br />3.4 Potential Discharge Volumes and Direction of Flow (40 CFR 112.7(b)) <br />Table 3-1 presents expected volume, discharge rate, general direction of flow in the event of <br />equipment failure, and means of secondary containment for different parts of the facility where <br />oil is stored, used, or handled. <br />-13- <br />Version 1.0, 11/28/2016
