A plan of the site is
illustrated on Figure 2.
Approximately 100 cubic yards of additional hydrocarbon-impacted soil were excavated in
September, all soil generated from the tank'removal was disposal of soil at a licenced landfill, and
six soil probe borings were advanced at the site in December 1998.
' This report is prepared in accordance with guidelines established by the Central Valley Regional
Water Quality Control Board(CVRWQCB)and by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services-
Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) related .the subsurface investigation of the former
underground storage tank (UST) system on.the site.
2.0. These tanks were in operation at the site for approximately twenty
years. The locations of these features are depicted on Figure 2.
During the removal of the USTs and fueling system, approximately 350 cubic yards of soil were
removed from two UST excavations and four dispenser excavations:Excavated soil was stockpiled
1 on the eastern end of the site. Soil samples were collected from the stockpiled soil and submitted for
laboratory analysis. ;
Advanced Geo£nvironmental,Inc.
