12 July 2001 <br /> AGE-NC Project No 98-0432 <br /> Page 10 of 10 <br /> 4 6 MONITORING AND MAINTENANCE ACTIVrrIES <br /> Ground water samples from the pump and treat system influent, effluent and intermediate stages will <br /> be collected on a monthly basis and subrnitted to a State of California Department of Health Services <br /> (DHS)-certified laboratory for analysis of the following constituents <br /> • TPH-g and TPH-d in accordance with EPA Method 8015 Modified, <br /> • BTEX and MTBE in accordance with EPA Method 8020, and <br /> • MTBE, ETBE, TAME, DIPE and TBA in accordance with EPA 8260 <br /> Laboratory reports for ground water analysis, testing methods, laboratory quality assurance/quality <br /> control(QA/QC)reports, and sample chain of custody documentation will be presented in quarterly <br /> reports <br /> Ground water treatment operational parameters (flow and pressures) will be monitored weekly to <br /> monitor cleanup progress The ground water treatment system will be maintained on a weekly basis <br /> according to manufacturers recommendations <br /> • <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br />
