Groundwater elevations in the upper aquifer are fairly flat <br /> e direction of groundwater flow appears to be <br /> lying' but the <br /> the northwest. The <br /> concentrations of chemical compounds are reported in Appendix <br /> nd in <br /> C. The <br /> wh ih est concentrations <br /> the boring edof fi.nlthe ntanklsremovalwere ouarea. <br /> MW-4, <br /> The concentrations increase with depth in MW-4 except for the <br /> lead concentration. Benzene was found at a concentration att20.5-21 <br /> 62.0 ug/gm (ppm) at 11-11.5 feet to 95.0 um/gmt(�P-11.5 feet to <br /> f feet. Toluene range from 120,0 ug/gm (ppm) <br /> 130.0 ug/gm (ppm) at 20.5-21 feet. Total xylenes ranged from <br /> 46.0 ug/gm (ppm) at 11-11.5 feet to 65.0 ug/gm (pplit) <br /> 50.0 ug9m (ppm) at 11- <br /> feet. Total hydrocarbons ranged at from205-21tEthylene <br /> 11.5 feet to 1400.0 ug/gm (pP ) at <br /> Dibromide (EDB) concentrations rm) at 20ed .5- 210feet. Theother <br /> 11-11.5 feet to 2.10 ug/gm (pP <br /> three borings also contained organic cOmendixsC,ln the sail <br /> above the detection limits as shown in App <br /> On Februa_y 11, 1987 water samples were obtained after purging <br /> leaned about three well volumes- Asamplesccollectedacrylic <br /> placed <br /> were sealed and put in <br /> down the well and the <br /> cold storage.
