(GTI) has prepared this <br /> preliminary report for Golden Grain Company to provide a summary <br /> of available information pertaining to the above referenced site <br /> investigation. This report provides a <br /> detailed site background and proposed investigative work steps. <br /> f <br /> '= BACKGROUND <br /> The Manteca Sean Facility is an inactive site located within <br /> an industrial section of southern Manteca, approximately 1 .5 <br /> miles nc.-*hwest of the junction of California Highways 99 and 120 <br /> (see figure 1) . The warehouse, at 229 Moffat Street in Manteca <br /> t ' was previously serviced by a 700 gallon underground storage tank, <br /> t7 which contained regular leaded gasoline.
