Any material that <br /> meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the <br /> California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous <br /> material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for bleach, caustic soda, propane and aluminum sulfate are not accurate. <br /> The federal hazard categories have not been updated; the size of the largest container of aluminum sulfate is 500 <br /> gallons vs. 55 gallons; the size of the of bleach is 500 gallons vs. 55 gallons; the storage pressure and storage <br /> temperature elements for propane have not been completed. This information must be current and submitted as <br /> part of the business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> A site map was not completed or submitted as part of the business plan for 2019 and 2020 and the map on record <br /> does not show/address: <br /> 1. Loading areas. <br /> 2. Adjacent Streets. <br /> 3. Storm and sewer drains. <br /> 4. Access and exit points (facility and structures). <br /> 5. Emergency response equipment (fire extinguishers and spill control). <br /> 6. Emergency shutoffs. <br /> 7. Evacuation staging areas. <br /> 8. Storage areas for JC 1830 at the clarifier plant and sodium hypochlorite at the filter plant. <br /> 9. And some of the code, symbols, abbreviations, and acronyms were not identified/defined. <br /> A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, <br /> access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage <br /> areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the <br /> map and label as "NA".
