The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park as of May04, 2020. <br /> Open violations from February 25, 2020 inspection <br /> Violation#2 - Failed to complete and electronically submit a hazardous materials business plan. <br /> The facility's business plan was not submitted electronically to the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS)for 2019 and 2020. As of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans <br /> electronically. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, <br /> and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#3 - Failed to establish and implement a hazardous materials business plan. <br /> A Hazardous Materials Business Plan has not been established or implemented. A Hazardous Materials Business <br /> Plan shall be established and implemented for emergency response to a release or threatened release of a <br /> hazardous material when storing hazardous materials at or above the thresholds quantities of 55 gallons for <br /> materials that are liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas, at standard temperature and <br /> pressure. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, <br /> enter the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#5 - Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br /> site. <br /> Five 55 gallon drums, a 30 gallon drum, and a 500 gallon tank of sodium hypochlorite, a 1,000 pound and 400 <br /> pound bulk storage containers of carbon dioxide were found on site that have not been reported. The propane on <br /> record has not been reported for 2019 and 2020. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall <br /> be reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD <br /> for approval. <br /> The Hazardous Materials Inventory form for propane is not accurate. The federal hazard categories have not been <br /> updated and the storage pressure and storage temperature elements have not been completed. This information <br /> must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental <br /> Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the <br /> EHD for approval. <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br />
