<br />Draft Hazardous Waste Facility Permit
<br />The Permittee 04 allow an authorized representative of the Department, the State
<br />Water Resource Control Board, or a Regional Water Quality Control Board, upon the
<br />presentation of redentials and other documents as may be required by law to enter at any
<br />reasonable hour f the day in order to carry out the purposes of the Hazardous Waste
<br />Control Law, H C section 25100 et seq., including, but not limited to, the activities
<br />listed in HSC tion 25185 and title 22, Cal. Code Regs., section 66270.30(i).
<br />The Permittees all maintain financial responsibility in accordance with title 22, Cal.
<br />Code Regs., div sion 4.5, chapter 14, article 8, and sections 66264.801 and 66270.40(b).
<br />Updates to the fi ancial assurance documentation shall be submitted to the address
<br />specified in Sect on II.B of this permit.
