SPECIFIC CONDITIONS Table 1 lists the units and the on-site hazardous waste streams authorized to be managed in those units according to the conditions of this permit. The Permittee shall not receive any hazardous waste offsite for treatment, storage, or disposal, unless otherwise approved by the Department. *CWC = California Waste Code The Closed Vessel Detonation Unit (CVD) consists of a pressure vessel, its structural supports, a concrete pad with berms on three sides, and all components described in Section IV of the Part B application. The LX -14 manufacturing process shall be evaluated every six months for any changes that would alter the physical and chemical properties of the LX -14 wastes generateJ. This evaluation shall be maintained as part of the operating record required under Section II.E.4 of this permit. 3. If the re change i shall fol tiew required under Sections I11.B.I or Ill.
