At the conclusion of that <br />inspection, the inspector issued a Summary of <br />Violations and the actions required to correct the <br />violations. <br />The enclosed report describes the findings of this <br />inspection, including all violations and any actions <br />that should be taken by the facility to correct the <br />violations. <br />All p rtinent information derived from the <br />inspection, including documents, photographs, and <br />sampling r suits, , aro included udera as attachments to the <br />report, ex ept copies of documents provided by your <br />facility a the time of the inspection. In order to <br />reduce cop ing and mailing costs, these have not been <br />returned t you with the report; copies will be <br />provided i you request them.
