' PROBLEM ASSESSMENT REPORT <br /> Moreland Court Shell <br /> 7700 Moreland Court,Stockton, Cahfomta <br /> ' Delta Project No 40488-146 <br /> Page 2 <br /> ' • Quantitatively assess the depth to ground water and, if necessary, the distribution of petroleum <br /> constituents in ground water beneath the site <br /> 12 Scope of Work <br /> ' All work was conducted using US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and/or California Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board,Central Valley Region(Regional Board),Leaking Underground Storage Tank <br /> ' (LUFT) approved methods The following is a list of activities performed by Delta between April 1988 and <br /> August 1990 <br /> ' April 4, 1988 Four soil borings (B-1 through B-4) were advanced to depths of 210 feet below <br /> grade and sampled at 5-foot intervals during pretank pull soil assessment <br /> ' activities Two additional soil borings (B-5 and B-6)were advanced to 16 5 feet <br /> below grade and sampled at 5-foot intervals Soil samples were screened with <br /> a photoionization detector (PID) <br /> ' April 19, 1988 A letter report indicating the results of the pretank pull soil assessment was <br /> submitted to the County <br /> ' December 27, 1988 During tank closure activities, a total of seven soil samples were collected from <br /> the bottom of the former tank excavation and submitted to a state-certified <br /> analytical laboratory for chemical analysis <br /> ' January 3, 1989 Six soil samples were collected from the product line trenches and submitted to <br /> a state-certified laboratory for chemical analysis <br /> ' Aril 6 1989 A Tank <br /> P Closure Report, dated April 7, 1959, was submitted to the County <br /> ' Results from the tank closure soil sampling activities conducted on December <br /> 27 and 29, 1988, and product line trench soil sampling activities conducted on <br /> January 3, 1989, were presented in this report <br /> 1 <br />
