Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required . A letter from the water supplier will be <br /> required stating that they have the capacity to serve <br /> the development and that the system meets State <br /> standards prior to recording the final map. <br /> 2 . Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank , seepage pit <br /> or excavation under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> 3 . Connection to a public sewer system is required. A <br /> will serve letter is required from the sewer district <br /> stating that they have the capacity to serve the <br /> Proposed protect prior to recording the final map. <br /> 4 . If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must <br /> register with County Office of Emergency Services . <br /> 5 . If hazardous waste is generated applicant must obtain <br /> an EPA identification number and comply with applicable <br /> regulations . <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
