(AGE) has prepared this report in
conjunction with the removal of two 10,000-gallon and one 8,000-gallon, steel, underground
storage tanks (USTs) at the referenced address.
BACKGROUND LOCATION
The site is located in a commercial/residential area of very low topographic relief, sloping gently
toward the west(Figure 1) at or near sea level.
The estimated depth to ground water at the site is 10 feet below surface grade (bsg) based on
information from Lines of Equal Depth of Water Wells Fall 1996, published by the San Joaquin
County Flood Control District and Water Conservation District (FCD&WCD). Based on the map
titled Lines of Equal Elevation of Groundwater Spring 1996 also published by the FCD&WCD,
the site is in an area where ground water flows toward the east. Ground water was encountered
during removal of the USTs at a depth of ten feet bsg.
UST REMOVAL
The USTs were removed on 24 March 1999 (Figure 2). The UST removal and sampling was
performed under inspection of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services - Environmental
Health Division (PHS-EHD) and Stockton Fire Prevention (SFP).
4005 North Wilson Way, Stockton, California 95205
Telephone (209)467-1006 FAX (209) 467-1118
