Shell owns the station building, <br /> t underground storage tanks, and piping. Due to the age of the steel underground storage tanks, Shell <br /> I decided to replace the tanks with fiberglass tanks. <br /> In 1987,a new 550-gallon double-walled fiberglass waste oil tank was installed. On December 27, 1988, <br /> I <br /> . i three rtecl underground storage tanks were excavated and removed from the site. Three new 10,000- <br /> gallon double-walled fiberglass underground storage tanks were installed during the week of January 2, <br /> 1489.
