Third Quarter 2005 Groundwater Monitoring Report <br /> Cohn Property,3755 Munford Avenue,Stockton,California <br /> Page 2 <br /> November 1997 - M J Kloberdanz and Associates advanced one soil boring at the site and <br /> investigation activities are summarized in M J Kloberdanz's Phase Ilnvestigation Report, dated <br /> November 24, 1997 <br /> November 1998 - ATC and Associates (ATC) installed three additional soil borings, which were <br /> later converted into groundwater monitoring wells (MW-1, MW-2 and MW-3) Soil and <br /> groundwater analytical results indicated petroleum hydrocarbons had impacted the site <br /> December 2000 - ATC advanced one cone penetrometer(CPT-1) and five additional soil <br /> borings The soil borings were converted into groundwater monitoring wells MW-4 through <br /> MW-8 <br /> September 2001 - ATC installed four geoprobe soil bonngs (SB-1 through S13-4), three vapor <br /> extraction wells (VW-1 through VW-3), two piezometers (PZ-1a and PZ-lb), one air sparge <br /> point (AS-1), and two additional groundwater monitoring wells (MW-9 and MW-10) <br /> October 31 and November 1, 2001 - ATC conducted a short term and long term vapor extraction <br /> test <br /> December 2001 and January 2002 - ATC conducted an air sparge pilot test for approximately 31 <br /> days The results are documented in the ATC report titled, Remedial Invest tgation/Feasibility <br /> Study, Pacific Coast Recreation, 3755 Munford Avenue, Stockton, California, dated August 13, <br /> 2002 <br /> June 16 - 19, 2003 - ATC installed four CPT borings (CPT-2 through CPT-5) <br /> July 21, 2003 - ATC conducted a five hour groundwater pump test The results are documented <br /> in the ATC report titled, Summary of Additional Subsurface Investigation, Pacific Coast <br /> Recreation, 3755 Munford Avenue, Stockton, California, dated July 12, 2004 <br /> May 2005 - Apex began conducting groundwater monitoring and remediation system installation <br /> activities at the site Prior to Apex, work conducted at the site included subsurface investigations <br /> and groundwater monitoring by ATC Associates in Modesto, California Site details may be <br /> found in the report titled, Monitoring Report Fourth Quarter 2004, Pacific Coast Recreation, <br /> 3755 Munford Avenue, Stockton, California, Site Code 1865, dated January 28, 2005, submitted <br /> to Cohn by ATC <br /> August 24, 2005 - Apex performed a startup test of the soil vapor extraction system under the <br /> supervision of the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District A report detailing startup <br /> activities is currently being prepared <br /> i•� September 8, 2005 - Apex submitted the results of a source test conducted at the site, Source Test <br /> Results Summary for Authority to Construct Permit No N-5817-1-0 <br />
