He had casing receipts for tires to be retreaded by NRI. The only problem <br /> being that NRI is not a certified retreader according to the CIWMB database. They are registered haulers. NRI's address <br /> is 19004 NE San Rafael, Portland, ORE 97230, 503-665-6144.
