STATEMENT OF FINDINGS (RESULTS) <br /> 1 The analytical data from the proposed soil sampling event will be included in a technical report <br /> Interpretation of data will be presented in such a manner as to satisfy the requirements of the San <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division <br /> ' V. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> NOA Environmental will draw conclusions as to the condition of the site, extent of contamination, <br /> or other issues based upon review of the data obtained through the implementation of this Workplan <br /> NOA Environmental will make recommendations based upon the review of the data developed <br /> through the implementation of this Workplan, and in accordance with all applicable local,state and <br /> federal regulations <br />' VL PROPOSED SCHEDULE OF IMPLEMENTATION <br /> NOA Environmental will submit the Workplan to the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division prior to commencing drilling operations It will then be necessary <br /> to arrange,through the management of D O N Enterprises a date to commence drilling operations <br /> Consequently,drilling operations will commence within twenty(20)working days from the date of <br /> approval of this Workplan <br /> Samples of soil will be remanded to the custody of the California Certified Laboratory within <br /> twenty-four (24) hours of acquisition Turnaround time for the actual analysis will be ten (10) to <br /> fifteen (15)working days from the date of receipt of the samples by the laboratory Written reports <br /> from the laboratory will follow in as timely a manner as possible <br />' The technical report will be compiled and published no later than 25 working days after the <br /> analytical procedures are completed for ALL soil samples acquired as a result of the implementation <br />' of this Workplan The technical report will be formatted in accordance with California Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board requirements unless otherwise instructed by the San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division <br /> 1 <br /> i <br /> OS. <br />
