Thereafter, submit quarterly monitoring reports by the last day of the <br /> month following the end of the calendar quarter(31 January, 30 April, 31 July, and <br /> 31 October). <br /> • Submit a plan of work to define the extent of groundwater contamination, and destroy and <br /> replace monitoring well GW-1. The plan of work maybe included in the quarterly status <br /> report, or submitted under separate cover. <br /> • Submit a schedule to complete groundwater assessment activities and to submit a complete <br /> PAR. <br /> Please be aware that Article 12 was added to the Underground Storage Tank Regulations corresponding <br /> to Sections 2729 and 2729.1 of the California Code of Regulations requiring Responsible Parties to <br /> submit analytical and site data electronically. Enclosed is our letter(Required Electronic Deliverable <br /> Format for Laboratory and Site Data Submittals to Regulating Agencies), explaining how to obtain <br /> information to implement the requirements. <br /> Please contact me at least five business days prior to any site work. All site work and groundwater <br /> monitoring must be completed during normal working hours on Monday through Friday.
