ff� <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a interim remediation plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located <br /> at 1202 Navy Drive, (APN 163=230-47) has been reviewed by San <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) . The plan is a proposal for mitigation of <br /> hazardous substances which contaminated the site due to <br /> unauthorized releases associated with underground storage tanks <br /> (UST) which are located on the property. <br /> PHS/EHD, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a determination <br /> that the plan is in compliance with local, State and Federal laws <br /> and regulations and that the resultant work will not create <br /> significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5: 00 p.m. <br /> Questions regarding specific site concerns or the above <br /> procedures should be directed to Diane Hinson, Supervising <br /> R.E.H.S. , (209) 468-3452. <br /> i <br /> { <br /> i <br /> i <br /> t <br /> DATED: January 29, 1993 <br /> t <br /> E <br /> [R <br /> I <br />
