Soil <br /> sample results indicate that contamination is present in the tank <br /> excavation. A site assessment is necessary to determine the vertical <br /> and horizontal extent of contamination. <br /> r <br /> Prepare and submit a site assessment workplan to this office within <br /> sixty days from the date of this letter. Enclosed you will find a list <br /> of consultants known to work San Joaquin County. It is recommended <br /> that the assessment work required for the underground tank release be <br /> combined with the assessment work proposed in the area of the parking <br /> lot water retention pond. <br /> Pursuant to the San Joaquin . Local Health District fee schedule <br /> Resolution No. 85-58, a $35.00 consultation fee shall be submitted <br /> along with the completed general Environmental Health Application form <br /> for staff review of the assessment workplan being required by this <br /> office. <br /> Each additional hour over the initial one hour of time spent in review <br /> activity will be billed at the rate of $35.00 per hour.
