The scope of this work plans is to complete 7 borings to collect soil,ground water,and soil <br /> vapor samples. Four borings will be completed.to approximately 50 feet BSG. Two grab water <br /> samples will be collected from each borings,one at the current soil ground water interface and <br /> one at total depth approximately 50 feet BSG. Two,soil samples will also be collected from the <br /> each boring:one.at groundwater interface and one at total depth. Three additional shallow <br /> borings (4-5 feet BSG)will be completed and one soil vapor sample collected from each <br /> boring. <br /> 2. The soil and ground samples will be analyzed for:TPHg, BTEX,fuel additives and oxygenates <br /> by'EPA Test Method 8260B. Soil vapor samples will be analyzed for TPHg, BTEX,fuel <br /> r -additives,and oxygenates by EPA Test Method TO-15. <br />' 3. Soil and ground water results will be used to determine current conditions post soil excavation <br /> and post ground water extraction. <br /> 4. Soil vapor results will beevaluatedfor the potential of fuel vapor intrusion into existing nearby <br /> buildings from any residual fuel contamination post remediation. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> I <br /> 1. An EHD drilling permit application and fees must be submitted by 1 April 2009. <br /> 2. After the required permit is issued by EHD,the work must be completed within 60 days. <br /> 3. A report of findings must be submitted to EHD and CVRWQCB for review and comment <br /> within 90 days of completed of the proposed work.
