Other Training Requirements shall apply as applicable and are described in Section 4 2 of MARK's <br /> Master Health and Safety PIan <br /> MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE <br /> MARK personnel engaged in the work will be covered by the Medical Program specified in Section 5 0 of MARK's <br /> Master Health and Safety Plan <br /> All subcontractor personnel will be covered by the subcontractor Medical Program in accordance with subcontractor <br /> Master Health and Safety Plan <br /> DECONTAMINATION PROCEDURES <br /> While within the exclusion or contaminant reduction zones, field personnel will not eat or drink Upon leaving these <br /> areas, all personnel shall wash their hands and face with soap and water before engaging in these activities <br /> Decontamination materials including hquinox and deionized water will be stored in a designated decontamination area <br /> All drilling and sampling equipment will be steam cleaned between each boring and before leaving the site <br /> 1 <br />' OTHER <br />
