3 14 Field Supervisors <br /> The Field Supervisors will be the first line supervisors responsible for compliance with <br /> the Site-specific Health and Safety Plan requirements by all personnel on site, including <br /> subcontractors <br /> 3 15 Operators, Technicians, and Subcontractors <br /> Operators, technicians, subcontractors and other personnel on site will be responsible <br /> for understanding and complying with this Master Health and Safety Plan and any site- <br /> specific requirements All required safety equipment for MARK employees, if not provided <br /> by individual employees as a condition of employment, will be supplied by MARK <br /> Subcontractors are required to provide their employees with equivalent safety and protective <br /> equipment <br /> • 32 Requirements for Subcontractors <br /> All subcontractor personnel performing work under contract with MARK shall, as a <br /> minimum, comply with the applicable requirements of this Master Health and Safety Plan <br /> and all of the requirements of the Site-specific Health and Safety Plan that controls work <br /> on the project for which the subcontract is being performed <br /> When any subcontractor is hired for work in an area where hazardous or toxic <br /> materials may be present, a MARK "Subcontractor Safety & Site Rules Check List" shall be <br /> completed This form must be filled out, signed, and dated prior to any work being <br /> performed by the subcontractor A sample of this form is provided as Attachment 1 in <br /> Appendix B <br /> 1 As a minimum, when any subcontractor is hired to work in an area where hazardous <br /> or toxic materials may be present, the subcontractor's employees shall have completed all of <br /> 3-4 REV 4192-EGI <br /> 111 ra <br />
