For clients with NDPES <br /> permits, we also participate in the annual EPA DMR <br /> reference sample program. , <br /> Review and Reporting of Analytical Results <br /> " We use a two-level review process which includes the <br /> r client's own Project Manager as well as the Laboratory <br /> Director. <br /> The review process involves comparing related . <br /> analytical results on the same sample for coherence <br /> and mass or cation/anion balance. it also involves - -- <br /> comparison with previous results :or the same source <br /> to observe possible deviations from established <br /> trends. Final review may involve further consultation <br /> with clients. <br /> O Typed and signed final reports are kept on file for <br /> at least ten years, along with laboratory worksheets, <br /> instrument printouts, and chain of custody forms. <br />
