i HEALTH AND SAFETY PROGRAM Geo-Phase Environmental inc. proposes the following health and safety precautions, which are appropriate working on sites where workers may come in contact with hazardous waste or hazardous materials. I. Proceed east on Navy to its intersection with Charter Way. 2. Turn right(east)on Charter and immediately get in I-5 North. 3. Proceed North on I-5 an exit on Pershing; east bound. 4. Travel North on Pershing about 4 block and turn right(E)on Acacia. 5. Travel East on Acacia about 1/2 mile to Lincoln. 6. The hospital is on the right at the corner of Acacia&Lincoln H. Workers Health and Safety Protocols Work Space Sam The perimeter of the work space should, if possible,be 20 feet from the drilling activity. All work performed in publicly accessible areas will have a working perimeter to be marked by brightly colored delineators. No r unauthorized personnel will be allowed access into the work space. The project supervisor will coordinate all iLt field activities and maintain the safest possible working environment at all times. If an emergency occurs, the supervisor will immediately contact the proper authorities(listed above) Skin and Head Protection Disposable suits, boots, and gloves will be worn when the working conditions require such precautions. Disposable Nitrile gloves will be worn at all times during soil and groundwater sampling. Used disposable rclothing will be properly discarded at the end of each working day. 1„� I Respiratory Protection i Half face respirators will be available for use should the situation warrant their use. If these are not adequate protection for conditions experienced,the site will be closed until appropriate respiratory protection is obtained.
