INTRODUCTION <br /> The San Joaquin County- Environmental Health Department (EHD) has required by letter dated <br /> 27 February 2003 that a well survey be conducted for the above-referenced site The location of the <br /> site and the immediately surrounding area are illustrated on Figure 1 Site structures are depicted on <br /> Figure 2 The area encompassed by the 2000-foot search radius and the water wells located during <br /> the search are depicted on Figure 1 <br /> 2.0. SCOPE OF WORK <br /> 'The search for potential ground water conduits and receptors within a 2,000-foot radius of the site <br /> consisted of the following <br /> • A search of driller's water well logs on file with the Department of Water Resources, <br /> • A reconnaissance of visually observable potential receptors and local industry, <br /> A search for City of Stockton municipal water wells with the City, <br /> • o A search for water well logs on file with the San Joaquin County - Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD) and <br /> a A search for California Water Service water wells with the City <br /> 3.0. SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The site is located in an incorporated mdustnal/commercial area of west Stockton, California, on ' <br /> Navy Dnve(Figure 1) The site is presently utilized for shipping and receiving The site is located <br /> in an area of low topographic relief The mayor portion of the site is unpaved One structure,utilized <br /> for an office and a shop is located on the property(Figure 2) No wells are located on the property <br /> 4.0. LOCAL LAND USE <br /> The site is located in a industrial area within the limits of the City of Stockton Washington <br /> Elementary School (EWES) is located north of the 2,000-Foot search area for the site Boggs Tract <br /> Community Center is also located north of the search radius West of the site is the ST Services <br /> terminal Approximately 15,000,000 gallons of gasoline and other petroleum products are dispensed <br /> monthly into trucks for distribution <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br />
