Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton,CA 95205 <br /> Subject: LLNL Site 300 Documentation Request for the RCRA Large Quantitv Hazardous Waste <br /> Generator Inspection conducted by San Joaquin County, Environmental Health <br /> Department, Certified Unified Program Agency(CUPA)EPA ID #CA2890090002 fi.onr <br /> 10/31,12016 to 1110312016 <br /> Dear Ms. Henry and Ms. Manzo: <br /> Please find the explanation below for the attached requested analytical data. <br /> Attachment 1 is the volatile organic compound (VOC) analytical data for the non-hazardous <br /> granulated activated carbon(GAC)drum identified in Building 883's Waste Accumulation Area <br /> (WAA)during the inspection. Radioactive and Hazardous Waste Management(RHWM)obtained <br /> samples from the drum in question, and VOC data within the waste matrix indicates that the <br /> container can be managed as a non-hazardous waste. <br /> Attachment 2 is the Fish Toxicity analytical data for the non-hazardous GAC drum identified in <br /> Building 883's WAA during the inspection. RHWM obtained samples from the drum in question, <br /> and data within the waste matrix indicates that the container can be managed as a non-hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> Attachment 3 is the polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB)analytical data from the transformer oil inside of <br /> the transformers identified outside of Building 872 during the inspection. All values were non-detect <br /> for PCB and will be managed as California regulated hazardous waste for toxicity. <br /> Attachment 4 is the metals' analytical data for the sludge from the oil water separator identified <br /> outside of Building 879 during the inspection.
